The
services rendered are subjected to these Terms of Service with
exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred
to by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that she/he is
aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by these Terms
of Service.
1.
Orders, price and payment
1.1
The prices on this site represent the sum of a finder's fee and a transfer fee. All items remain the sole property of Blizzard Entertainment.
Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed by Mydiablo3.com,
payment for the Services shall be made in full before delivery
of the items.
1.2
When a payment is made,The Customer is paying for the time and effort we have invested
in the transfer of the virtual goods.
1.3
Mydiablo3.com reserves the right to deny payments from suspicious
buyers. In the event that an order or payment is tagged as being
suspicious, delivery of items(s) will be delayed until we can
successfully verify its legitimacy, be it by phone or a request
for verifying information.
1.4
All sales are final.
1.5
refund: we will issue a refund only if the items delivered are returned to us and were not as described.
2.
Delivery of service
2.1
Mule account(s) will be made within 0-6 hours after payment
confirmation is received. Time of delivery is subjected to the
availability of the product(s).The customer has 8 days to retrieve the product(s) from the mule account, after that time the mule will expire.
2.2
In the unlikely event of product(s) being oversold, Mydiablo3.com
will consider the product(s) to be sold to the first verified paying
Customer.
2.3
Mydiablo3.com will deliver whatever services are available to the
Customer and will inform the Customer if any service(s) ordered
and paid for is not available.
2.4
Mydiablo3.com will gladly provide assistance
in transfer. Contact us for
more information.
3.
Acceptance of Services or 'Merchandise'
3.1
Unless the Customer notifies Mydiablo3.com to the contrary on
the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed by email,
the Services or 'Merchandise' shall be deemed to have been accepted
by the Customer as being in good condition and accordance with
the Contract.
3.2
The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all
or any of the Price of the order.
4.
Liability & Indemnification
4.1
The Customer shall indemnify Mydiablo3.com and keep Mydiablo3.com
fully and effectively indemnified against any loss of virtual goods.
4.2
Mydiablo3.com shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental,
indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or
in connection with the purchase or use of the Services, even
if Mydiablo3.com has been advised of their possibility.
4.3
All digital item(s) remain the property and ownership of Blizzard
Entertainment.
