How do i pay using my credit card?

Simply add your items to the shopping cart and then select paypal as payment method,you will then have the choice to pay using your credit card without a paypal account but also the possibility to use or create a paypal account.

How do i recieve the items i ordered?

We will create a new account and put your diablo 3 items on it, the account name and password will be emailed to your payment email if you are not registered.It will appear in your account in the website if you have an account registered with us and are logged in at the moment of the payment, please click "My orders" to have access to your mule account.An Email will also be sent to you with the mule account login and password information.

What are the payments method accepted?

We accept paypal,any major credit card,bank wire transfer ,audiotel sms and telephone payments via a special number,western union.If you want to pay with an other method than paypal or micropayments, please email us .Credit card payment must add a shipping adress with payment.

How long does it takes to receive the items?

Most orders will be delivered within 30 minutes after purchase and we guarantee you will receive them within 6 hours depending on the complexity of your order,if you didnt recieve your items within 6 hours please Contact us using our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.if you use an echeck via paypal we will wait till the check clears before we deliver your items wich usualy takes 4 busines days

If I can't transfer the items myself, can you help me?

Yes,Please contact our live chat support and we will help you to transfer the items.If the live help is unavailable please leave in the payment note:your Account name, password and character name that requier the items,our team will transfer the items from the mule to your character as soon as the order is ready!
A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the transfer.

How does the power leveling work?

When you purchase a power leveled character you will have to put the account name and password aswell as the character name ,we will only accept account containing only one char for the level and no items in it.

Can your items disapear?

All our Ladder items are legit and will never disapear.Some non ladder items are unpermed. For these items you will need to follow some steps to avoid losing them, we will provide the requiered information with the email

I want an item that is not listed on your site, can you get it for me?

Definitely yes, if you want an item that is not listed or is out of stock please email us and we will do our best to restock or list it within 48 hours.
